I can say firsthand that this is a great book and I use it frequently and I am a dental consultant. There are so many great points that you can apply whether you are a dentist or not. I have studied this book, applied the suggestions, and appreciate the time and effort that was put into making it user-friendly. I suggest you get a copy for yourself.
When talking to Rusty in the previous interview, there were a few things he mentioned that stuck out in my mind as his intention for this book.

Every great team has a playbook. Rusty said this book is meant to be a playbook for dental practices. You had someone map it all out for you and now you just have to implement it. How easy is that people?
