Our world is digital. We cannot escape it and if we try, we fall behind. This is also true in our industry of dentistry. Even as a Dental Consultant, we are teaching in digital format. Back in the day, in a typical dental office, you would have a huge book with all the dates of the year listed and you would handwrite appointments for the doctor. I may be dating myself, but I clearly remember using this system at the beginning of my career.
Now that most offices are paperless, the question remains, what software should you use to help streamline your systems? There are so many different companies and sometimes it is so hard to distinguish which one to use. You often find an office that has multiple accounts with different companies to get the desired result.
