DENTAL CONSULTANT DATA: NICE TO MEET YOU
Is there such a thing as going to the dentist and getting top-notch customer service? It seems in this day and age, no one cares about how you feel. Most offices rush you in and are so focused on the treatment, that they forget to center on the patient. They forget to smile, have compassion, and make sure you, the patient, are having a comfortable experience.
WHERE ARE THE HIGH QUALITY OFFICES?
When you find an office that holds these things in high regard, you want to make sure everyone knows about it. Well, this Dental Consultant found one. Really five and they are all owned by the same doctor. He owns five Endo offices in Southern California and he and his team are killing it on so many levels.
As a Dental Consultant, I always keep my ear to the ground so I can stay abreast of what is going on in our industry. To that point, we are lacking in the service department and need to make some changes. We could all take a page out of this doctor’s book.
WHO IMPRESSED THIS DENTAL CONSULTANT?
Let me introduce you to Younes Safa, D.D.S., owner of Endo X Group. There are five locations in Southern California. Dr. Safa has an amazing reputation for putting the patients first. He and his team provide quality care and will bend over backward to make sure they accommodate your needs. They are a service-oriented team. Oh, and did I mention their top-of-the-line equipment?
How do I know these things? Well, before I was a Dental Consultant, I was a team member in a general office and my office would refer all are endo patients to Dr. Safa because we knew they would be taken care of. We constantly heard amazing reviews about the care he delivered and when the time came and I needed a root canal, I went to him, and he lived up to everything I had heard from my patients.

From the time Dr. Safa had the idea of forming his first practice, he wanted to have a patient-centered office that was friendly and would always go out of its way for the patients. This means that he would create a system that allowed his office to always be available. This sometimes means working through lunch or staying late. Endo X Group’s attitude… Whatever it takes to relieve the pain.

It is so important when you want to deliver quality work that you have quality equipment. Can I tell you from firsthand experience, that he has the best? I appreciate the investment Dr. Safa has made in getting this top-of-the-line equipment because it made the procedure go so fast and it was accurate. 5 Stars for this! Even though I do not work in an office anymore and I am now a Dental Consultant, I still recommend Dr. Safa to all my friends and family. Might I add that those post-Operative videos are on point!
3) He Cares
Two simple words that mean so much. He cares about others. He cares about his patients, his team, and others in the dental industry. I went on a Humanitarian trip to the Dominican Republic and Dr. Safa was kind enough to donate towards my trip. Like I said, he cares, and it shows.
