DENTAL CONSULTANT DATA: NICE TO MEET YOU
Running a successful practice is a challenge in itself. It takes a special kind of person to be able to juggle the needs of the patients as well as the needs of the team.
You must be self-sacrificing and ready to get your “hands dirty” if you want to be at the top and stay there. Stretching yourself in so many directions and trying to accommodate the masses.
This cannot be an easy job, that is for sure. Yet some are genius enough to pull it off. They figure out the right recipe and create a masterpiece. This is that type of guy, may I introduce Jack Von Bulow D.D.S. He likes to be called Dr. Jack.
A DENTAL CONSULTANT WANTS TO KNOW WHY
Curiosity took over and I had to find out why? I wanted to know what was so special about dentistry that you would devote 46 years of your life to it before retiring. I speculated about how and why I thought he could do this and then decided to just ask him. Let him tell me in his own words “The Why.” Take a look at my interview and hear Dr. Jack’s story.
INSPIRED DENTAL CONSULTANT
Yes, I am inspired after that interview. So much so, that I decided to write a blog about it. Sometimes as a dental consultant, it can get very overwhelming. You can start to wonder, am I going to create something lasting? When you talk to others like Dr. Jack who are so motivated to “Do Good” and make a difference in dentistry, you know what happens? It motivates others. I include myself in this. Yes, I am the “others” I’m talking about.
WHAT DID I LEARN?
So many people in the world hate their job. It was so nice to talk to someone who didn’t. This man loved his job so much that he practically had to be forced into retirement. I say that in a joking way, but in all seriousness, he did love what he did, and it showed.
I know firsthand, I saw him in action and was in the trenches with him for 12 years. Thank you, Dr. Jack, for providing fantastic dentistry to so many in the community. Thank you for treating your patients like “friends and family.” Your legacy will always live on.
Nice to meet you, Jack Von Bulow D.D.S.
